Increase minimum of Home Grown Players

In the first 3 seasons, the minimum Home Grown players trained by club is 3

In the forth season, it increases to 4, sigh....

So I planned to select 22 players (first team 11 players and second team 11 players) + 3 youth players (U21 trained by club 1 for defender, 1 for mid-fielder and 1 for forward)

And now it increase to 4, so I need to set the goalkeeper of B team as a U21 goalkeeper , give up Frey
(Buffon --- first team, Frey --- substitution , E.Johnsen --- thrid choice)

The worst and the most disappointed is --- players trained by club / from academy are so so so weak............
can compare with HK league players.................
