Well, since my tranning schedule is 5-star already,

i'm planning to sign stars as coach/AM,as they being coach for few years, n coaching ability goes up, then replace the old coach (who will retire soon lar), like signing young stars in U21, wait to replace retired stars.

It's the third season now
they retired at the age of 34 and 35

they generally 13-15 jar wor, still good???

I think it's ok lar, sometimes I sign rival teams' (Milan,Roma....) worldclass coaches as Assistant Manager, max wage budget (coz if sign them as coach, they mush reject, so i sign them as assistant manager) to make my trainnig schedule as 5-star first
