ITEM DESCRIPTION:
You are bidding on an extremely rare and valuable piece. The item photographed is a pair of Adidas boots manufactured & personalized by Adidas specifically for use by David Beckham. These boots were worn by Beckham during the 2004/5 season, and show heavy signs of use.
Details include: Not a standard manufactured size, these boots were made by Adidas according to a mold of David's foot, and there is therefore no size label. The number 23 is embroidered on each heel, along with "DB". Each tongue features David's personalized logo (boots available to the public have one adidas tongue). David's two son's names are embroidered on the side of each boot (Romeo, Brooklyn). These boots were worn before David had his third child. The boots also have the Adidas Equipment Footbed liners, which are not available to the public. These boots also feature metal studs, different to the plastic studs on boots available to the general public. David's signature is also screened into the side of each heel. There is dirt in al of the seams, and slight wear throughout. David is notorius for wearing new pairs of boots quite often, and is also known to keep nearly every pair of his boots for himself.
