yes la~~he will always disappear for few dayz, last time when i ordered shirt from him, later on i wanted to add one more ....but then he didn't reply me for long.....
everytime when ppl think no more hope, he'll be back =,=
but still worry for my shevas~haha

from my opinion and what Paypal told, if you want to get back your money, you must ask paypal within 30 days to get refund. and my opinion is that the seller should send you the shirt(s) within one week after you paid, so if you cannot received the shirt(s) in 20 days (almost 3 weeks), you should ask Paypal to help, it will protect you and your money, also try to ask bank to cancel the transection!
but don't worry, as you said all of his previous trade with you are smooth and successful, i think it will be continuesly good! ^^

should not be 100% guarentee, but if you are through eBay, is easier to get back money because they know what is your transection.
I asked Louis before and he have the information from Paypal and eBay, you can ask him to get the information from both Paypal and eBay.
Should be fine man, don't worry!

Paypal also have buyer protection. but those information you better ask Louis / go www.paypal.com to check it ou!
