Lack of managerial discipline

After I had success year (won league and UEFA Cup), 新賽季開始時 half of the players became unhappy.

我D 主力 was upset at 'lack of managerial discipline' and the rest of the people were upset but the 'sligh concerns' line was blank.
There is considering his option at future plan.

Anyone has this problem before?

probably one of your players performs unprofessional behavior, but you haven't warned him for the issue.

if one player reported late or missed training, you have to give penalty..........
