Sadly, I have no shirts with the 3D-Felt patches. You may refer to faister's 92-93 Man Utd away kit in post #3 of this thread. He shows that 3D version patch.
One more thing:
Plastic Blue FAPL patches have been used bu three newly-promoted teams in 2000-2001 season: manchester City, Ipswich Town and Charlton Athletic
