Well I judge it from what I hear from my friends in other halls
But to people outside HKU, hall culture is beautiful
Although I think it's still better than many places......

i hvn't lived in the UK so i don't know la
but at least i gotta say that student residential hall should be a place facilitating one's study, before it helps students to learn about social life. and there should be better check and balance mechanism involved than what we are having right now. ppl can sometimes do thgs in a realli ridiculous way if you know wht i mean

Well I guess Hall never used to help students develope their studies and living style anyway, but just that people 50 years ago have much higher EQ than now.....
