UEFA Regulation: team with stripes need to add a square/oval/triangle patch on the number for the referee to recognise player's number easier.........something like that

sometimes it has special case too.
Like inter...they use the panel shirt for TIM CUP semi-final at 04-05 and 05-06 tim cup respectively
So panel/trangle/square may not use on CL only....
