how many Physio per team?

Each club should hv max 4 physio, but my club initially hv 7 physio.
if i want to hire another physio, i need to resign 3 physio, will it affect the ability to
treat the player if the no. of physio drop from 7 to 4, (the new one hv higher abiltiy)
