ZENDEN OUT FOR FIVE WEEKS

Rafael Benitez today confirmed Liverpool will be without Dutch midfielder Bolo Zenden for five weeks.
Zenden will undergo an operation tomorrow after damaging the medial ligaments in his knee.
This latest injury setback couldn't have come at a worse time for Benitez, who now has Steven Gerrard as his only fit central midfielder available for tomorrow night's clash with Portsmouth.
"It's a big blow for us to lose Bolo," admitted the manager. "He is a big help to all the players here because he mixes very well.
"Steven Gerrard is now our only fit central midfielder and so there's no debate about where he's going to play tomorrow.
"We have a number of options when deciding who can play alongside him. Jamie Carragher can play there, Sami Hyypia can play there because he has a lot of agility and very good stamina and I've also been talking to Daniel Agger who told me he used to play as a holding midfielder. We'll decide tomorrow.
"It's a blow to have so many injuries but we have the players who can cope with it and who can come in and do a good job.

West Ham United defender Danny Gabbidon has been ruled out for four weeks with the hamstring injury sustained against Sheffield United on Saturday.
Gabbidon was stretchered off in the 63rd minute following a challenge from Christian Nade as he was passing to Hammers goalkeeper Robert Green.
The 27-year-old Wales international went for a scan on Sunday and it was confirmed that Gabbidon is unlikely to return to action until the busy Christmas Premiership fixture period.
Hammers head physiotherapist Steve Allen said on the official West Ham website: "Danny has suffered a grade two tear to his lateral hamstring muscle and the estimated recovery time before he is back playing again is around four weeks.
"We are hopeful that he may be back sooner than that but his recovery won't be rushed.
"We arranged the scan for yesterday so that he could begin his rehabilitation as soon as he arrived for training this morning and he is already responding well to treatment."
Gabbidon, who has appeared in every match for West Ham so far this season, is hoping to return to action as soon as possible, saying: "Obviously it's a major disappointment for me.
"I hadn't felt my hamstring at all before the actual injury occurred, so it's just one of those unfortunate things that can happen in football.
"I am in good hands with the medical team at West Ham, though, and I hope to be back as soon as possible."
Gabbidon's fellow Wales teammate James Collins has returned to full training after recovering from a groin injury incurred in West Ham’s match against Middlesbrough earlier this month.
