1. unzip it
2. put it in "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\db"
3. Open FM2007
4. New Game and select "Playable J League 2007"

You can use it in FM2007 Version 7.0.2,

But in "NEW GAME" You just use either "7.0.2" or "Playable J League 2007" Database............
Because they are different database
