We are sad to inform you that we have found three Gamemasters violating the GM code of conduct as well as the game rules. Normally we do not inform when users are expelled from the game, but this time we will make an exception as it is the first time we are locking several staff members at the same time.

Our GMs have access to a set of administrative tools in order to solve users' problems. To assure fairness in the game, we control the use of these tools by logging and reviewing all GM activity.
During a recent check, we found that three GMs, out of the several hundred GMs we have, were found to have used their tools in a way that have helped their own interests in the game. Because of this, they have been forced to leave their office as well as their teams.

All three GMs have been cooperative during the investigation, admitting their wrongdoings and accepting the consequences. They want to express their deepest apologies to the GM group and to the Hattrick community for not living up to the trust put in them.

The irony of this case is that all three have been very skilled in their normal GM role, such as cheating investigations – they have done a good and fair job in that respect.

A case like this is obviously very disappointing for everyone in Hattrick. It reminds us that while the vast majority of our staff members are worthy of the trust we have put in them, we can not take it for granted.

我们痛心地通知大家，我们发现有三名游戏管理员因为违反 GM 操守及游戏规则。一般上我们从不将任何被封锁的玩家之事公诸于世，但是这一次我们破例，因为这是首次同时有几名工作人员被封锁。

我们的 GM 有权限使用一系列的管理工具以解决玩家的问题。为了确保游戏的公正，他们使用这些工具时的一举一动都被记录在案以供审查。

我们近日的审查发现在几百个 GM 当中有三个 GM 使用这些工具以让自己得利（游戏中的利益）。正因为如此，他们被迫离职和放弃球队。

三名 GM 在调查期间都很合作，他们承认错误并接受一切后果。他们要向其他 GM 和广大的 Hattrick 社会表达自己最深的歉意，他们辜负了大家对他们的信任。

讽刺的是他们三个在执行一般 GM 任务，如调查作弊案件时都有很好的表现——他们在这方面作得很好很公正。

发生这种情况对所有的人来说当然是非常令人失望的。它对我们来说是个提醒——虽然绝大部分的工作人员都是值得我们信赖的，但是我们还是不能想当然尔。
