Help needed on ironing these printing!!

Hi Guys,
recently I have bought two sets of printing for my old shirts, they are ronaldo No.9 for Inter 98-99 home and Weah No.9 for AC Milan centenary shirt. But sadly, when I bring it to a shop to print, it seems like they cant be peel off successfully. Now they are stuck on my shirt together with the plastic haha. Any bro here can help me out? I know some bro here like kaiser_k, are able to print the AC Milan centenary printing successfully. Is there any trick to do it? If any of you are able to help, I can send the shirts to you in Hong Kong and help me to settle it. Thanks!

This kind of name set hot peel off, isn't it? It seems cold peel off, the name set may be difficult to peel off and it may get damage if further action is taken.

or May be the name set glue already fault, thus peel off the plastic protection layer become difficult

yes it is hot peel, but the name is stuck to the plastic already.......

其實呢兩套字咁薄,而且又咁多年...用機燙風險仲大...

我呢套04-05 feyenoord 字,買時oku提我未必燙到,我番去自己攪...燙到套字食哂色都甩唔到塊膠片出黎...
攪左好耐先甩到塊膠,但都崩左邊~
