i think when yr reputation is world class, u could apply for the manager of some national teams

if you want to coach Brazil I think you should set yourself as Brazilian, otherwise it may be difficult.

I won every cups/ leagues for 4 seasons, reputation as world class, but since I set as HK, everytime I apply  England job I failed...
