request them to give you some compensation...it's the second time~~~
first time is forgiveable..however, the situation of your second shirt looks even worse...the name set is incomplete at all~~~that's not forgiveable~~~
and you can make up some story about how important the shirt is...haha..like a birthday gift to someone~~and because of your silly mistakes, i couldnt give out the present~~n_n

我主場著 XL, 但今季藍色和白色作客都著 L only。
