I will run for the Hong Kong NT coach job. Here is my plan posted on HT conference

Hi everybody, here I would like to declare my candidacy as Hong Kong NT Manager.
Manager Profile
I joined HT since Apr/2004 and next season will be my 12th seasons in HT. My team is Liverpool Football Club (1892) (112317), season 17 champion for both Hong Kong 1st division league as well as Hong Kong cup. In real life I work for one of the world leading shipping company and have a stable job.
Coach Team
I am pleased to have agreement from yanchi8 (112525) (aka Little Rain) and EEEEEM (112325) (aka EM) assist me to run the post for HK NT coach. I must say we will have a strong coach team here as both EM and Little Rain are veteran Hong Kong HT managers that compete in top league of Hong Kong.
Vision
In term of NT team direction, we would mainly follow Ronny's initiative in last terms on developing multi-skills players and progressively lower the average age of Hong Kong team NT. We would like to see most of Hong Kong NT players play in competitive teams (and not farm teams) and will give preference for players train locally (we are not discriminating foreign managers here but the difference of 20% salary will come in handy in term of primary skill). We really hope the announced changes on HT match engine materialized and will make properly trained multi-skills players as powerful as their mono-skill monster counter-part. We would like to see the HKG NT players growth with their trainer's team rather than be a liability for their trainer in term of team economy.
Team Building/Selection
At club level I always try to build a balance team with various attack options (Central attack, wing attacks, good set piece taker, specialty in appropriate position for special events). At national team level, I plan to apply the same philosophy so managers with different training regime will all have chance to be involved with Hong Kong NT team.
For competitive matches, team selection will be mainly base on tactical requirements, skills, form and specialty. For friendly matches, our plan is to play those with better potential and need the experience boost and salary relieve most. For friendly matches, we will also consider team manager request to rest their player.
Communication
We will keep on using the long established HT Federation [allianceid= 26674] for NT related matter discussion (and knowledge keeping). We also plan to have regular communication on NT news/activites via HKG conference, HKBFF and HKCM forum. Both EM, Little Rain and myself should have no problem to communication in English as well as Chinese.
Future Terms
Its sound a bit odd we discuss about the future terms of NT coach job before election finish. But in my opinion we should always have a plan for future and it should be good we share the plan with all of you. While I won't rule out to run for the NT coach in multiple terms, one of my main motivations to run the NT coach post is to share and cascade the knowledge and experience to manage HT national team to HT HK user. So I hope more experience Hong Kong managers are willing to sep up for the NT coach post.
So when the election starts on 5/Nov, please vote the manager that you feel most comfortable to hand over your national team to.

FAQ
You seems don’t have much involvement with HK U20 or NT, why now run for the NT coach job?
I trained a U20 GK in the past. Also Ronny announcement to step down make me consider to step up for the post. In the past the NT is full of over-trained players and I hope the announced changes from HT will help to turn this around.
What will you do and don’t do in case you manage Hong Kong National team.
Do: I will consider manager request to rest their players in NT friendly before club important match (if they ask for).
Don’t: Engage with possible PIC agreement with other country in competitive match. (We cannot stop other send us such proposal, but as team policy we will not accept nor reject such proposal).
Achievement Points
How is the important for the 50 achievement points?
A minor incentive for me, I don’t think current achievement points system really reflect major achievement in HT and some of them just make little sense for me at all (e.g. Team has 0 expenses)
Will you select your own team players into HT NT team?
I budget my own player without considering the salary allowance for playing in NT so are a bit lower on primary than other current NT players. But I cannot rule out my/Little Rain and EM to train players for Hong Kong NT team, bear in mind we are also playing in upper divisions of Hong Kong League.
