A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 1510 to only me can get a goal!. HSU had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. They fielded: Kolonics - Didriksen, Mitchell, Nascimento - Kirono, Shi-Shauy, Andreasson, Fai-Yet - Reboa, Musa, Gdański.
A 4-5-1 alignment was the formation of choice for F@YE. The following players had been chosen: Valdebenito - Landesman, Siska, Pingpank, Suances - 寒光 (Hanguang) , Qunfeng, Bakken, Lehtmets, Ferrán - Boi.
HSU clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. F@YE were relying on their ability to counter-attack. A long pass from the defence of F@YE resulted in a counterattack that set Helmut Siska free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. Duan Qunfeng's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some amazing plays that fooled the defence. Harvey Mitchell gave HSU the lead with 1 - 0 with a beautiful free kick in the 15:th minute. F@YE's Ludwig Lehtmets got himself booked for a foul. The home side's Rosario Reboa came close to extending the lead in the 31:th minute. His shot came in on the right hand side but Menéndez Valdebenito managed to save it by a fingernail. Zé Nascimento should probably have put his team up another goal in the 34:th minute, but some great goalkeeping by Menéndez Valdebenito kept the visitors in the game. It was 1 - 0 at the break. HSU enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.
It wasn't a good day at all for Egil Didriksen. His powerful style of play just didn't fit the bill on this warm day. In the 79:th minute of the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Harvey Mitchell dashed through, knocking home 2 - 0 for HSU. F@YE's Thomas Bakken skillfully knocked a pass over the top after 83 minutes, and that was received by Gunther Boi who just managed to slot it past the opposing goalkeeper for 4 - 1. The forty-five minutes were dominated by HSU, with an impressive 71 percent possession of the ball.
HSU's best player was Chen Shi-Shauy. Zé Nascimento turned in a dismal performance, however. Thomas Bakken performed admirably for F@YE. Manfred Pingpank turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
