Concluding my work 工作總結

It is the first time I am participating in the NT management which bring me into a new journey in hattrick; Now I am equipped in a better strategy. I am so pleased to be the National Coach of Hong Kong.

Here is my summary of my two-season work:

這是我首次參與國家隊的管理工作，為我在Hattrick中帶來了全新的體驗－在戰術上更啟發良多。能成為香港國家隊教練，我感到非常光榮。

以下是我兩季以來的工作總結：

World Cup XII

We were kicked in the first round but we played a good game – we never made any more-then-one-goal losses, and we had nice results against strong teams like Turkey and Slovenko too. On the other hand, we lost several marks on the weaker teams like Pakistan, these were the lessons that we need to learn.

雖然我們在首圈出局，但我們有不錯的發揮－我們未嘗輸超過一球，面對強隊如斯洛伐克或土耳其皆有不錯的表現。與此同時，我們在較弱的巴基斯坦上失去了不少分數，我們必須吸引為此教訓。

Results Prediction Games

Dragon_hk and I organized this game for the purpose of increasing popularity of the official forum, but we did not get a desired result. One of the reasons may be due to the accumulative scoring method which was not friendly for the late comer. If we organized similar games in the next season, we shall amend the game rules to attract more late comers.

Dragon_hk與我共同籌辦了估波遊戲，以增加官方論壇的人流，但效果並不顯注。有可能因為計分方法是累積的，令後期參與的玩家難以競爭，變相減少了參與人數。如果下季要舉辦類似遊戲，必須要改變遊戲的規則。

All of them have a good prospect in NT.
(I have not made a full scout on the players aged from 21~22)

I will go to run for re-election. During this period, I have taken a lot of young players and many promises to these trainers. It is not an act of responsibility to leave at this moment. It also gives me a chance to correct mistakes I made last season.
我會角逐接任為下一屆香港國家隊主教練，在本季裡，我揀選一大批新人及為訓練員作出不少承諾，為了繼續令香港年輕化，在這時離開並不是負責任的表現；同時亦給我一個機會，以糾正我在過去季度中所犯下的錯誤。

Whether I will be elected or not, no doubt the key goals for NT in next season will be:
1) entering the second round in World Cup
2) continuing selecting younger players in NT Teams
3) increasing local participation of NT,

無論我會否當選，毫無疑問地國家隊必須以下列三項為首要目標：
一）晉身第二圈
二）繼續年輕化
三）加強本土球隊對國家隊的參與程度

各位香港玩家好！

以下是我的競逐連任演辭：

個人簡介
我的球隊名為UCECO (792736)，早在06年4月已開始遊戲。在II.2經過兩個賽季後已打穩陣腳；最終目標當然是升上D1，這個計劃是非常長遠的；我只可以說，這個計劃正在實行。

回顧世界盃
香港國家隊在首圈排第三出局，但我們有不錯的發揮－我們未嘗輸超過一球。其中一個因素是要對對手有一個徹底的調查，包括球員及賽程，以估計他們的排陣及陣型能力，所以我們在面對強隊上有不錯的成績，只曾以一球僅負於斯洛文尼亞。但是我們在巴拉圭及巴基斯坦上失去不少分數，若我連任的話，必須要注要防守戰術的應對方法。

戰略與新一屆世界盃
換人系統有可能在新一屆世界盃實行，令陣型戰術更具挑戰性，領隊需要最少同時制定三個戰略：一個基本陣形，一個保持勝利的陣形，一個挽回劣勢的陣形。香港雖然細小，但我們依然有不少特殊球員，例如防守型前鋒，它既可以提高中場，又能保持攻擊力。
我在世界盃的目的很簡單：晉身次圈。雖然主力球員又大兩歲，但我已累積不少國家隊比賽經驗，香港依然是具競爭力的球隊。

年輕球員發展
我在任期內選取八個較年輕球員入國家隊，亦有不少球員在我的觀察名單內。這個工作不易做，因為訓練國家級球員的成本是很高的：主技有神秘莫測(14)的球員價值4千至5千萬，但他繼續訓練至出神入化(18)以上的話，他的價值將低於3千萬，而且人工負擔會大幅增加，要說服玩家繼續訓練實在不易；最佳的補償是給予一個國家隊席位。所以在友賽賽季中，席位應交予有潛質並且正接受訓練的年輕球員，以促進年輕球員發展。

非官方論壇的聯繫
在Uwants, HKCM及好友論壇上已有屬於國家隊／U20的專頁，除了舊有的功能如發放NT新聞外，在我的任期內，亦會透過這些專頁宣傳有潛質的新人，如Ding Chin Yao及Lin Hoang Vuong等亦是透過這個途徑尋找玩家接手。為了繼續讓國家隊注入有潛質的新人，將來的領隊必須與各論壇保持溝通。

估波遊戲
若我當選的話，估波遊戲將會繼續。遊戲規則將會與上屆相似，但將會對新玩及低分的玩家為有利。遊戲的目的是要增加參與人數，更重要是提高官方論壇的流量。

We got a frustrated start in the World Cup. The opponents made a good strategy, by choosing no players until the last 30 minutes of the match. Although they claimed that they would train U20 player, we realized that it was just a fake and their intention shall be boosting midfield in the first match. Hence we waited and saw what players he played and then placed good inners against them. We predict that we shall have little disadvantage on possession and it could be compensated by better defence. What we could not realize was our midfield rating was too weak. It proved that our inners became less competitive.

我們在世界杯中受到了挫折。對方用上不錯的戰術，在比賽前３０分鐘，他們沒有選任何球員，而且聲稱會以訓練Ｕ２０球員為主，當然我們不會上當，他們的意圖很明顯以爭取主場為主，所以我們唯有等待及查看有什麼球員入選，然後安排上佳的中場迎戰。我們估計中場會有些微劣勢，但可以透過防守填補。估計不到是我們會輸掉太多中場控制，證明我們的中場球員被上屆又弱了一些。

We had a close game last night but got a loss. We had a very good situation to win in the away game as the competitor’s forms were worse then us. We made a desired set-up as competitor chose to play 343 which meant that we could gain possession in an away game, Unfortunately we could not get any point as we just score one goal from 3 chances.
Next week we will have an easier match. We need to boost our morale.

昨天的比戰雖勢均力敵，但我們是敗方。對方球員的狀態稍遜，我們是有機會在客場取得勝仗，亦如我們所料，對方排上３４３陣式，令我們取得中場優勢。但勝負始終不能被控制，只能在三個機會中把握了一球。
下周的比賽相對較易認為，這是重振士氣的機會。

We got the first victory in this World Cup Series! Although we didn’t get a perfect result, it was very important to cut loss. Next week we will have an away game against Iraq, we need to aware of their defensive abilities.

我們取得世界盃的首場勝仗! 雖然賽果並不是完美, 但能夠止敗已經很足夠. 下一周我們會作客面對伊拉克, 要小心他們的防守戰術

HK   1 – 4  Ecuador (218518371)

HK got a big loss in the home game last night! I am still doubt about the loss. We had slight advantage in defending, but one of my defender was replaced an offensive one, the advantages should be noticeable in first 65 minutes. But we lost four goals.

We had slight advantage in attacking too, but the opponent placed one more defender in 70 minutes, the advantages should be much better in the first 70 minutes. But we got only two chances.

Clearly, the engine doesn’t like Hong Kong. In addition to the weakening formation, our situation is now extremely awful.

昨晚港隊在主場慘敗! 我實在難以理解失敗的原因,. 我們在防守有些微優勢, 不要忘記在65分鐘換入了一名進攻型後衞, 優勢應該更明顯。但我們在中路失去4球.

我們在進攻都有些微優勢, 對方在70分鐘換入了一名後衞, 我們在頭70分鐘的進攻優勢應該更大。但我們只得2個攻勢.

看來Engine針對港隊. 再加上弱化的陣容, 我們的處境是非常危險
