唔會出唔到頭既,甲組無得打班後生通常都會係乙組搵機會
係乙組打得好自自然然就有人賞識
根本上依家意大利個個年青球員都係咁
好處可以話係循序漸進囉 ...

Italian Under-21 star Claudio Marchisio gave some very telling answers when asked what the situation is like growing up as a footballer in Italy, where, he feels, young players are perhaps not as highly valued as elsewhere.
“It means having to work harder for the same respect you would get in the Premier League, where there are many players in their early 20s - and not just at Arsenal,” he explained to Avenire.
“When Juve had their darkest hour and were relegated, it turned out to be a great opportunity for the likes of myself, [Paolo] De Ceglie and [Sebastian] Giovinco.
“But there seems to be a lack of courage and little desire to take risks on young footballers.
“What makes a great youngster is all in the head. I have seen so many great players lose themselves between the ages of 13 and 16 because they were not willing to make the sacrifices necessary to become a professional.”
On his future in the senior Italy squad and a possible imminent call-up, he commented, “If [Italy boss Marcello] Lippi calls me it means I am making great progress in my career.
“But right now I want to win the Under-21 championships. In Beijing [at the Olympics] things did not go to plan and I got injured. I want to repay [Azzurrini coach Pierluigi] Casiraghi for his kindness.”
