Fiorentina's Stevan Jovetic Upset Over Zdravko Kuzmanovic's Departure To Stuttgart
The Montenegrin starlet is saddened by his team-mate's impending departure...
While Stevan Jovetic grabbed all the plaudits after Fiorentina's 1-0 victory against Palermo last night, Zdravko Kuzmanovic was conspicuous by his absence, something that distresses the Montenegrin.
In post-match interviews, Jovetic made a plea to his friend not to leave the Viola.
"After the game I had no way of talking to him," the 19-year-old told Firenzeviola.it.
"If he leaves I would be very disappointed, because as well as being a great player, he is a good guy and a mate.
"But, if he finds a solution that makes him happy, I can only wish him all the best."
The 21-year-old has been uncertain over his place in coach Cesare Prandelli's plans ever since Cristiano Zanetti's arrival from Juventus, and he has been chased by two Primera Division clubs: Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.
However, Stuttgart seem to have stolen a march on the Spanish sides and Kuzmanovic's move to Germany is expected to be finalised later today |
