Steven Taylor transfer listed by Newcastle

Taylor is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury

Newcastle have placed central defender Steven Taylor on the transfer list.

The 24-year-old's current contract with the Tyneside club runs out at the end of the season and the two parties have failed to agree a new deal.

Taylor would be able to leave for free next summer and the Magpies appear to want to cash in on him before then.

"Newcastle have placed Steven Taylor on the transfer list," confirmed the Magpies. "The club will be making no further comment at this time."

Taylor came through the ranks at St James' Park and started out at right-back before moving to central defence and earning the captain's armband.
       
He missed much of last season through injury as Newcastle won the Championship to earn promotion back into the Premier League.

He is currently out with a shoulder problem which is expected to keep him out for the first three months of the campaign.

不過傷左過唔過到體測呀...

我上季見到迪亞高都幾有憧憬,
希望注入創造力同技術性,結果E家又好似還原基本步咁
其實都唔知迪拿利教得幾耐,

哩幾年祖記乜野料,好球員又貴到HIHI,入了這批人算係俾到少少野球迷睇喇,好難同當年比既

迪亞高其實FINISHING都不錯,腳下功夫又好,佢頂迪比真係值得一試,無理由蝕讓的
