Incorrect to get 11 chemistry the following needs to happen:
Any player that is linked to each other need to have two of the following attibutes the same:
Nationality
League
Club
They also need to have the same formation as your manager and have the same position as the position they are set in.
To see if your player has 11 chemistry you need to click on your player and click the button to get the cards up (Contracts, healing shizzle) then scroll to the right until you see the chemistry, this is your true chemistry..
