Lazio will play their European home games in Florence next season after the FIGC accepted their appeal as part of a debt loophole.
The Biancocelesti are currently in fourth place and could enter the Champions League preliminary round.
If they do, that home match will be played at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.
The FIGC has accepted Lazio’s appeal to use that venue and therefore earn the ‘licence’ to play in UEFA club competition.
They would otherwise not have been able to do so, seeing as the Biancocelesti have a €2m debt towards the CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) for use of the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
