In addition, the match can be purchased on Pay Per View and the Sky On Demand service.
Sky are also set to celebrate the Bianconeri’s new stadium by dedicating a large proportion of their daily programming to all matters Juventus. Sky Sport 1 HD and Sky Supercalcio HD will cover ‘Stadio Day’ from 6am until midnight, featuring four specials. The first celebrates the club’s history, another pays tribute to Alessandro Del Piero, the third charts the stages of the new stadium’s construction while the final instalment includes an interview with Antonio Conte, ahead of the Serie A campaign getting underway. Highlights from Juve’s former home, the Delle Alpi, will also be replayed.
Returning to the stadium’s opening ceremony, Juventus Channel will begin its coverage at 7pm. The Bianconeri’s in-house channel will not miss a single minute of the evening’s affairs, broadcasting both the spectacle and match live. Sports news services SkySport24 and Sky Tg24 are set to frequently link to the stadium for live updates. Cielo (Sky channel 126 and 26 on Digital) will screen the entire show from 9pm.
Juventus fans already have a number of media platforms to choose from, but the club is going one step further – allowing all supporters to watch this once in a lifetime event on Juventus.com and Youtube.com/Juventus, streaming the full ceremony from 10pm onwards. |
