Sevilla have come to a €2m agreement with newly-promoted Crystal Palace for the signing of Jose Campano. The midfielder rejected a new contract at Sevilla according to Estadio Deportivo as he wanted a change of scenery. It is expected to be announced tomorrow.

Real Sociedad aren't licking their wounds at losing Asier Allaramendi to Real Madrid. Instead, the Basque club are looking to €3m Jonathan Dos Santos from Barcelona to replace the playmaker according to AS.

Marca say Alvaro Negredo will join Manchester City this week. Apparently, personal terms have been agreed but there is still dispute over the fee as Sevilla want €25m.

The Gonzalo Higuain saga continues. Sport say Florentino Perez has asked for a public apology over comments made at the end of last season from the Argentine, saying he wanted to leave the club. New boss Carlo Ancelotti is happy to keep the player and doesn't need the apology but Perez is adamant it would be necessary for him to remain at the club.

It seems as though Villarreal have entered the race to sign Julio Cesar from QPR. The goalkeeper was thought to be on the verge of signing for Napoli but El Submarino Amarillo are looking to hijack the deal.
