kernel data inpage error.....

早排我個harddisk 壞左.....跟住早幾日有個fd 買新機俾左個harddisk我(佢已經幫我format左個harddisk)....
但係我攞返黎裝window xp ....裝裝下無啦啦成個畫面藍晒....成版英文...大概如下:

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your comeputer.if this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
if this is a new instrallation,ask you hardware or software manufacturer for

any windows updates you might need.

if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe mode to remory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe modle to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

跟住我上網狂check....有d人話cpu 超頻...降回去使用就可以了(點降?)....有d人話硬件問題....有d人話要用防毒check下(不過我window都未裝點check?)...有d人話擦晒部機再砌返埋佢....

我本身對電腦唔多識....應該點解決呢個問題??
