have you found it yet?
you should go find the club you want to replace, click the name of the club(Team A), there is a "swap" key somewhere in the screen. then a pop up window pops, so now find the club you'd creat(Team B). Confirm and go check the competition of which Team A were playing, check if Team B is now there.
If you put some effort, you could keep updating your FM from checking the real world's transfer market.
This editor can let you creat 南葛 Team and also 明和 Team, put them into a league of japanese. See those 足球小將們 really could go play in euro leagues.  Hahahaha....

By the way, this is only the experince of using the editor. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

but i have a question, is there any editor supply chinese? so i can make the player's name show in chinese word too. Make the news in the game show like this:

假設 you installed your FM game into C: (Hard drive C). Frist click on 'My Computer' (我的電腦). Then double click the C: and then 'Program Files'. Now you see a file's name 'Sports Interactive', right? Double click it! Check the 'Football Manager 2005' file, now do you see a file named 'fm data editor' which is Red color FM? click in it. Then you can check the editor we're talking about.

Fill in everything, move yoru mouse on the coloums you can see the min.-max. vaule of those information.
For the squad the staff part, you can creat some 'person'(s) and put them into the team you'd creat, or find the players from the 'person' screen then do the 'swap' or maybe change thier contract information.
I'd creat a team and put that team into HK league. But I didn't creat any player nor staff for the team. So anybody can correct me if I'm wrong.

just reminding you guys! before you edit the data BASE. do not forget make a BACKUP. the editor will automatically ask you to back up before you save your FIRST EDIT.
