點樣設定訓練？

初玩唔知應該點樣設定訓練，係咪俾助理教練去做？

比賽完之後個日休息(只計聯賽)!

分開前中後GK 四個training , 盡量分配個chart 係

前 : attack 多 ,
中 : attack , defend 都有番咁上下
後 : defend 多
GK : GK 多

physical , mental 就全部都要有番咁上下

另外Sat , Sun 都 afternoon 都 rest

要 ,  平均將佢地分去個四個scheldules 到 , 每個staff 唔好train多個兩個scheldules

my asst mgr has physiothepary of 20, should i use him as physio as well?

我一玩低組別 , 我就唔理咁多 , 四個scheldules 都tick 哂比每個人 ~ 我而家Total 都係得5個staff ja ma ~
