Cannot login Mydrive/myweb in polyu hp

原本我有個network 空間去store 野的
只要我click my drive-->login-->就有個window https://mydrive.polyu.edu.hk/~04100286d/ 走出黎..
but this suitation only limits when i am at sch..

when i am at home....when i click my drive-->login by correct information..--->找不到網頁...

my fd can still lgon to mydrive at home..but not for me....
is it be coz i lacks any software?
