How to Improve "Ability to handle pressure"

I've done a great job in Juventus for 6 seasons
Hall of Fame No.1 in nationality ,No.2 in nation,No.7 in continential,No.11 in the world
even though I've won all the awards,titles many times,
but my "Ability to handle pressure" is still very low....
Any suggestion to work out?

ability to handle pressure 而家無左一年升一次個點 , 基本上大家玩 FM (以前既CM) 有番咁上下實力 , 都唔會升到 , 除非咁岩有news 而你揀岩答案就會升到 (個 news 係你用強隊 , 對手係魚腩 , 例如係丙組什至非聯賽球隊 , 會有news 問你野的)

點樣睇到自己係hall of fame既排名呢? 我只係見到頭10位既分數, 但係10位過後就唔知wor...
同埋, 自己有幾多分可以係邊度搵到?

Option---Hall of Fame
or you can read your own "profile"
Manager---"Your name"----Profile
Yup,you can only see top 10
but if your nationality is HK,you will be easily enter the hall of fame of  Hong Kong
there's only 2 items will take into account of the hall of fame points
1.Major Trophy --- Top League Titles,EuroChampion League Winner
2.Minor Trophy---Domestic cup
World Club Champion,Super Cup....are not in the account
