1) Xabi is strong in linking between players (may be because of high mental attributes)
2) Xabi defence ability is good
3) Xabi is good at passing to create chance for others

Baptista is better in long shoot, he can attack directly. Xabi seems to control the pace in the field. The style is different.

You can consider if the new player can help you to improve the style of the team
