Park Finalises United Move
Park Ji-sung is officially a Manchester United player, having signed a four-year contract.
The 24-year-old South Korean midfielder arrived at United's Carrington training headquarters on Friday morning to sign the deal and complete his move from PSV Eindhoven.
Shortly after putting pen to paper, Park met his new team-mates for the first time and trained with the squad as the Reds continue their preparations for the upcoming Far East Tour and the new season.
United announced an agreement with PSV for an undisclosed fee for Park, believed to be around £4million, on 22 June. The midfielder passed a medical later that week but could not complete the transfer until a work permit had been obtained.
After a hearing in Sheffield earlier this week, which Sir Alex Ferguson attended, Park was granted a work permit and becomes United's second signing of the summer after the capture of Fulham's Edwin van der Sar.
