6' It's all Shakhtar in the opening minutes as Byelik and Duljaj deliver crosses from both flanks. Fortunately for the Nerazzurri, no Donetsk player is on hand to get a touch.
  5' Brandao outjumps J.Zanetti to Matuzalem's right-wing cross and heads wide from close range.
  4' Shakhtar win the first corner of the match after Favalli blocks a shot. Materazzi clears the corner.
  4' Materazzi beats Brandao to a long ball forward and heads away from danger.
  2' Elano has a chance to put Shakhtar in front but chooses to head to a teammate instead of shooting and Inter clear.
  1' Inter's 2005/06 season starts here at the Olympic Stadium in Donetsk as the Nerazzurri kick off against Shakhtar.
