Serie A minnows Livorno have signed Ivory Coast international striker Ibrahima Bakayoko from Istres.
The 28-year-old has been netted from the French outfit to help fill the void left by Igor Protti who retired this summer.
Bakayoko, who will be officially unveiled to the media this evening at the Stadio Picchi, has spent most of his career in France.
He played for five seasons at Marseille before spending four years with Montpellier. The attacker joined little Istres in January from Spanish side Osasuna.
