Bolton may have Stelios Giannakopolous in the starting line-up after he was left out against Aston Villa following Manchester City's move for him.

Jay-Jay Okocha is also pushing for a place in the side but new loan signing Hidetoshi Nakata is not set to feature. Everton may be without Simon Davies (shin-splints), who pulled out of the Wales game against Slovenia.

Marcus Bent will come into the side while Kevin Kilbane should also return to the starting line-up.
