防中同左右閘都用hard
唔知中堅點set好
同埋點樣set佢唔好走咁前
mental set左超級防守
forward run 用rare.....
李奧企到勁前
仲要有波唔傳
比人搶左單刀追和........

成個DC 其他setting 呢 ?? 你淨係講左兩個....

另外DC 唔好用hard 喇 , DC o的犯規位置都好危險下

through 同cross就中間
pass 就mix
tick 左tight marking
