Jose Mourinho has taken another swipe at Johan Cruyff as the pair's war of words rumbles on.
The Chelsea chief was drawn into the spat after Cruyff criticised his Blues side as too defensive and results-orientated and hit back by claiming that the Dutch legend was in no position to criticise him given his almost unparalleled managerial record in recent seasons.
Cruyff responded last week when he insisted the Portuguese coach had not won respect due to the manner in which he conducts himself, and, unsurprisingly, Mourinho has now taken the chance to hit back again in his weekly column in Portuguese newspaper Record.
"Success does not make you above criticism or untouchable," Mourinho wrote.
"Respect from the general public you win in many ways.
"Respect is not thinking that you alone are right and that no-one can question your views.
"Respect is definitely not having sat with a pen in your hand for ten years criticising everybody.
"And it is certainly not coming to England to play golf and letting fly at somebody, whether you like it or not, who is a serious professional and has won everything that you can win."
