sure ~ but the tactic that i am using is from this forum too..
and then i modify a bit . and will change some setting depends of my opponent.

i don't have choise to change my whole team.... all the guy are old in my team at the beginning. James, Cole, Sibierski, Sinclair, ,etc. Therefore after few seasons, i only keep Barton , Dunne and Onucha.
