Rafael Sobis' agent will travel to Italy in order to wrap up negotiations with Inter for the transfer of the player.
The highly-rated Sobis is currently playing for Brazillian side Internacional de Porto Alegre but is looking to further his career by moving to Europe.
His agent, Jorge Machado, is confident that the player will move, but is worried by scheduling problems.
"The best thing would be to sell him now, but to have him arrive at Inter after the World Cup," Machado said.
"The only thing that could be problematic in the negotiation is that the finals of the Copa Libertadores end in August next year, and I don't think that Inter will wait that long.
"In addition, as Inter have so many foreigners, they may not include Sobis in their squad for the 2006/2007 season, so he could maybe be loaned to Racing Santander." |
