Everton have signed Icelandic youngster Thordur Ingason after he impressed on trial at the club.
The Fjolnir ace enjoyed a trial at Goodison Park last November and Everton have been keeping tabs on his progress.
The Icelandic Under-19 goalkeeper is highly rated in his homeland and is tipped for a big future in the game.
Ingason has joined Everton's Academy as he looks to continue his development, but he could be pressed into senior action due to the goalkeeping crisis at Goodison Park.
Everton boss David Moyes is without Nigel Martyn and Richard Wright through injury, while Iain Turner faces a suspension leaving Moyes short of options between the sticks.
