Ball control & Shooting training

Do you have any recommendation on coaches that have 4-5 star in shooting or ball control?
I have try many but no one has such abilities la...

Also, will the number of coaches assigned to one type of training affect the rating of that training?
that mean if I assign 5 coaches to train shooting, will the rating of that training become 4-5 star even none of my coaches has rating for shooting over 3 star?

Ths a lot!

我只可以答你...如果全部有14..就4星..全部5星就18
