BOKA MAKES MOVE TO STUTTGART
Stuttgart swooped late on transfer deadline day to snap up defender Arthur Boka from Strasbourg for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old arrived in Germany late on Thursday night to undergo a medical and put pen-to-paper on a four-year contract.
The Bundesliga side made the move for the Ivory Coast full-back following the triple loss of Danijel Ljuboja, Mario Carevic and Boris Zivkovic.
"We have signed an international player in Arthur Boka," Stuttgart general manager Horst Heldt said on the club's website, www.vfb-stuttgart.de.
"He has already proven his quality at the World Cup and in the French Ligue 1 and we are convinced that he will quickly find his feet in the Bundesliga and strengthen our side."
Arsenal swoop for Brazil Under-19 skipper
Arsenal FC can confirm the arrival of Brazilian youth international Denilson on a long-term deal for an undisclosed fee, subject to international transfer clearance.
Denilson (18) joins from Brazilian side Sao Paulo, where he made a total of 12 appearances which include the triumphant meeting against Liverpool in the 2005 FIFA Club World Championships.
The midfielder has also achieved success in the South American Championship (Under-17) and Libertadores Cup, both in 2005.
The Sao Paulo native captains the national side at Under-19 level.
Ternana invited all the players they were negotiatin at a hotel in Milano where everything was going on.
Lazio officials were there too and tried to contact Ternana officials who were only suposed to sign the contract, which already contained the signatures of the player and Lazio.
Ternana official were nowhere to be found until one hour before the deadline.
They requetes that the deal shall change from 700.000 for the loan and the right to purchase the player after one year, to 1,5 mil euros only for the loan and without the right to purchase the player.
Lazio officials refused to accept the deal of course.
Tha as the law resort Ternana officials requested that they would accept the old deal but only if Lazio purchased 4 more Ternana players: Oshadogan, Del Nevo, Corrent and Troise.
Left without a choice, Lazio officials said: no thank you.
So, it was Ternana ass holes who made the deal fail by making unreasonable requests!
