Valencia to sell trio Monday 26 June, 2006
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Valencia sporting director Amedeo Carboni will spend this week in Italy in an attempt to sell three of their Italian players.
The Spanish club signed Bernardo Corradi, Stefano Fiore and Marco Di Vaio in the summer of 2004, but they are all set to be sold after being loaned out to other clubs last term.
The trio are keen for a return to the peninsula on a permanent basis even if it is unclear where they will end up next term.
Corradi may stay at Parma after impressing last season, even if recently promoted Torino are also an option.
Fiore is close to Inter after Fiorentina surprisingly decided to not keep him on a permanent basis despite his Viola influence in 2005-06.
Di Vaio, who spent the last six months in France with Monaco, is understood to be a Palermo target. |
