as it is a big order, they would take long time to check the availability.  normally, thus process would take about 3 weeks.....

如果你一個人訂野.........多數10日到咩都到齊..............但係你咁大批野..........
大佬.......你都要比時間人地去攪啦............你估subside 有幾十人咩

8月subside團琴日收到..........但係我呢個星期唔係大圍......最快要星期六先可以交收...佢地有幾款sold out item 我會係明天post出來....但係有個團有以下問題發生......

1) check 左card center ....subside 冇幫我退稅........我今日打過去搵subside handle 我acc 個職員..helen....但係佢下午放左假.....明天先返.....我明天會打比佢同佢傾..........我會盡力去叫佢退返稅比我......我都唔想大家買貴野.............  我諗會成功..........

2) 之前個exchange rate 係1:15 ...但係上星期個對換率升左好多....... master card收我個價係 15.7 .......呢到我計完之後pm個尾數比大家..........

真係唔好意思........呢排成日ot........懶左冇成日update 個order status 比你地........同埋小contact subside 叫佢一定要退稅同埋盡快process 個order........令到o的order 遲左來而影響個exchange rate多左.......真係唔好意思.......... 我下次再開團會跟貼o的.........

有咩問題可以contact 我........

sorry to drop in, i just want to ask question, oh, subside got tax? i thought the price they put on the website is the final price?

Don't worry it must has refund.Maybe it appars in your next payment invioce.
u just tell them,they must refund the tax to you in next payment invioce~

subside個price係包稅 ...........如果你件衫係40gbp..退左稅之後就係34.04 磅..咁囉

arrggghhh...they wouldn't do the refund automatically right? we have to ask for it? I ordered from them two times, all paid with the price that is listed on their website!!!

they receive the original price.
but they also give a refund to you.
one is credit,another is debit!
And have you order over 100GBP for each time.
At least over 100GBP,subside pay a refund,otherwise,not!
