Gary Naysmith may well be David Moyes' solution to the left-wing problem left behind after the sale of Kevin Kilbane to Wigan last week, despite having Andy van der Meyde itching to get back to first team action.

"The other thing with Gary is his versatility and we may need to play him one further up now that we have sold Kevin", said Moyes.

"He has played as a left midfielder before and there may be times in the future when he needs to do so again.

"But he we are pleased with him just now and we hope he can continue as he has been doing in recent weeks."

Poll is set for derby return

SHAMED World Cup referee Graham Poll, will take charge of Saturday's Goodison derby match - nine months after he showed two red cards and six yellows in last season's corresponding fixture.

Poll was widely ridiculed this summer for his three-card trick, when he showed Croatia's Josip Simunic three yellow cards before finally dismissing him.

But he has been no stranger to controversy in derby matches even before that World Cup clanger.

Last December Phil Neville and Mikel Arteta were red-carded by Poll in a Goodison clash which the Reds won 3-1, while on Good Friday 2000 he blew for time, while Evertonians were celebrating what they thought was a match-winn e r.

Goalkeeper Sander Westerveld had miskickeda free-kickinto the unwitting Don Hutchison's back, but before the ball could roll over the goal-line and into the Gwladys Street net, Poll blew the final whistle.

中堅黎講 ,真係得番Agger ,因為柏列達都傷左
而且就起柏列達同Agger 之間揀都一定係Agger 架啦
