Quinton Fortune hopes to shake off an Achilles injury and is Bolton's major doubt for the visit of Liverpool.
If Fortune fails to pass a late fitness test, Bolton are set to name an unchanged side featuring Liverpool old boys Nicolas Anelka and El-Hadji Diouf.
Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez is set to recall Sami Hyypia, John Arne Riise and Mohamed Sissoko to his side.
But Craig Bellamy is likely to remain on the bench with Peter Crouch's height seen as an advantage against Bolton.
