social problem is problem which sth bring -ve feedback to society.
sociological problem is problem which is "social" in nature but not by person.
let me explain with an ex(please pt out my mistake if any)
take "unemployment" as an ex.
many people unemployed---> stay at home for longer time thuse conflict happen between him/herself ith family members--->many these cases---->bring social instability (this is social problem)
people unemployed---> more and more people get unemployed----> not a personal problem but many people in society face it----> the reason for exist is social in nature(poor econ environment for ex)---> sociological problem
