得青年軍有聯賽, 有咩辦法操fit d 後備? 自己搞friendly?

同埋西甲有d隊冇預備組/青年軍聯賽, 但d球員有哂正式比賽出場記錄(fixture查唔到), 仲踢到冇哂力, 點解?

1 of the method ....is ...put the backup into u-20 team
every u-20 team match .....u can use two over 20 ge player .....so it will enable them to keep the match fitness

另一個方法...... 如你所言, arrange 友誼賽 (你係reserve team個 fixture 到揀回自動揀對方ge reserve team......), 仲可以賺小小外快......
