Non-playable league stopped at week #23

I started my game with 8 countries where 3 are playable (Eng, Spain, and Italy) and 5 not playable (S. Africa,
Brazil, China, Belgium and German).
However, when my game was at the mid way thru of my 3rd season around 2009 Jan. , both the Belgium and
German Leagues stopped at week #23 (only First Division). Both I chose 2nd Division and above.
All team played 23 games and after that all matches became Friendly matches but the 2nd Div. worked normal.

When I clicked on World, both Belgium and Germany League disappeared and both turned as Friendly!!!
Then I went check out the Game Status under selected leagues both German and Belgium 1st Div. became
<%nation#1-short>!!!

Germany and Belgium League changed to Germany 2nd Division only, Belgium  2nd Division only.

Where are both of the 1st Div. gone? How could i possiblely change them back? Help needed? thx.

I am worrying about when the season comes to an end at Jun, these 2 leagues cannot run anymore and may ruin my savegame.
