阿士東維拉向韋斯咸提出以七百萬鎊收購中場球員李奧曲加。

李奧曲加自一月起便感到不受韋斯咸重用，而他亦希望領隊古比士利可以確保其在球隊的前途。

不過由於古比士利希望在紐卡素帶來柏加，因此一度令李奧曲加的前途亮起紅燈。

而奧尼爾也希望增強中場的實力，故此向韋斯咸提出收購。

此外，也有傳維拉希望收購些路迪的日本國腳中村俊輔。

阿里亞迭雷要走了
　　亨利是否留下是阿仙奴的頭等大事，不過這並未耽誤球會“做生意”，日前據英國媒體報道，阿仙奴基本和米杜士堡達成了協議，同意將隊內的法國前鋒阿里亞迭雷賣給對方。

　　《泰晤士報》披露，米杜士堡已經和阿仙奴就阿里亞迭雷的轉會費基本談妥，但具體數額不祥，24歲的法國前鋒1999年來到阿仙奴，已經效力了8年，他曾表示對阿仙奴的熱愛是原因，否則不會甘心當替補當這麼久，但這次，他還是避免不了離開的命運。而且阿仙奴這次和米堡談轉會，並未和阿里亞迭雷打招呼，法國人目前正在度假，對轉會詳情並不了解。

　　實際上，米杜士堡早對阿里亞迭雷感興趣，冬季時就試圖引進，但雲格那時候遭遇鋒線的傷病危機，不想放人，最終米堡選擇了韓國前鋒李東國。現在，米堡的主力射手維杜卡合同即將到期，很有可能加盟紐卡素，主帥修夫基這才啟動了對阿里亞迭雷的引進，另外，西布羅姆維奇的前鋒亨利卡馬拉也是備選目標。

　　與此同時，西甲的馬德里體育會在聯絡阿仙奴，准備將槍手的西班牙年輕中場梅里達租借一年，後者是去年夏天阿仙奴從巴塞隆拿引進的，是被雲格看好的新人之一，來自西班牙的消息稱，雲格日前和馬競的官員舉行了會面，有可能會將17歲的梅里達租借出去鍛煉。

英傳媒有消息報導指雖然阿倫史密夫希望與球會續約，但會方仍未向他開出條件。

史密夫的經理人比歷克表示，他與曼聯仍有兩年合約，並且希望延長合約，但球會與他們仍沒有就任何事情達成共識。

《泰晤士報》報道，賓尼迪斯正尋求快翼加盟，除早前傳出的里昂左中場馬隆達，效力羅馬的文仙尼也是「賓帥」心頭好。利物浦班主赫基斯表示，球迷下周將收到好消息；據悉該美國富豪所指的，正是巴西「快馬」文仙尼。賓帥希望將文仙尼帶到晏菲路的原因，是看上能兼任左右翼的他可進一步加強球隊側擊力。

另外，利物浦宣布從匈牙利球隊MTK引入基斯頓尼美夫與西門，雙雙簽約5年。基斯頓尼美夫與西門現年分別18和17歲，尼美夫揚言能在賓帥麾下出任正選，並指自己與西門的合拍程度，堪媲美前曼聯「黑雙煞」約基與高爾。

West Ham have completed the signing of Scott Parker from Newcastle in a £7million deal.

Parker has inked a five-year deal at Upton Park after agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

The England international will link up with Alan Curbishley again after they enjoyed a successful spell together at Charlton and he becomes West Ham's first signing of the summer.

Curbishley was delighted to be reunited with Parker and believes he will be a valuable addition to his squad.

"I'm delighted Scott has agreed to sign for us," Curbishley told the club's official website. "Our relationship goes back some time to when he first joined Charlton as a schoolboy.

"He's coming to the club knowing full well that we're trying to push forward and he wants to be part of that. Firstly he wants to improve our team; then he wants to improve his chances of forcing his way back into the England scene.

"He has been captain of Newcastle over the last couple of seasons and he is exactly the type of player that I wanted to bring to the club. He's very experienced but still young and I'm sure he's going to be a big asset to West Ham."

Parker will help fill the void left by the expected departure of Nigel Reo-Coker who has been the subject of a bid from Aston Villa, while Newcastle are on the brink of landing Joey Barton as a replacement for Parker

Newcastle manager Sam Allardyce has confirmed the club are close to signing Mark Viduka, whilst he also admits an interest in Tal Ben Haim.

The Middlesbrough striker is out-of-contract at The Riverside, but the Australian has shunned an offer to stay at Boro as well as other offers from Premiership and continental clubs.

Viduka is set to sign a three-year deal on Tyneside, to the delight of Allardyce.

"Mark is almost in the bag," Allardyce told the club's official website.

"It's been difficult because he has been on holiday, but we're nearly there.

"We hope to sort out a medical next week and then that will be done."

Allardyce also admitted that he was ready to make an offer to former charge Ben Haim - who is also out-of-contract at his ex-employers Bolton.

"Yes, I'm interested in Tal Ben Haim, he's a free agent and hopefully available," he said.

"He has got three or four years of experience in the Premiership and I know him inside out.

"We had a good working relationship, we grew in the Premiership together and I'm very interested in working with him again."
